This comprehensive framework includes policies on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, anti-trafficking, safeguarding of children and vulnerable communities, protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, as well whistleblowing. It also outlines appropriate use of technology, social media, and conflict-of-interest protocols. The Code applies to all employees, consultants, volunteers, board members, and others acting on PADF’s behalf.

Our conduct is grounded in PADF’s core values of Honesty, Excellence Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork (H.E.A.R.T.). We believe everyone has the right to feel safe, valued, and protected, both online and offline. Reporting misconduct, whether directly or anonymously, is encouraged and supported without fear of retaliation.
