For 25 years, PADF has been committed to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations in Colombia. We help families displaced by conflict rebuild their lives and integrate into new communities while fighting corruption and preventing violence against women and girls to advance regional security and prosperity.​

Our working model allows us to serve as a bridge between communities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), national and local governments, multilateral organizations, and the public and private sectors. Additionally, we influence the public agenda to incorporate the needs of communities and our partners while developing our own participatory methodologies, such as Iniciativas de Balance Positivo (IBP©).​
