PADF has contributed significantly to development efforts in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Through its long-standing partnership with the National Development Foundation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (NDFSVG), PADF has supported microenterprise development and vocational training programs that empower local communities. PADF renovated and equipped the welding, auto mechanic, and masonry workshops at the Saint Vincent Technical College, significantly enhancing the quality of vocational education and employment prospects for youth. In addition, PADF collaborated on community development projects aimed at increasing household incomes and fostering self-sufficiency.

Currently, PADF is also implementing a regional STEM education initiative in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This program engages youth in hands-on learning and collaborative activities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, helping to cultivate innovation and prepare them for future careers in emerging sectors.
